Allègre Hadida

Associate Professor of Strategy at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS)


Dr Allègre L. Hadida (PhD, HEC Paris) is Associate Professor of Strategy at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) and Fellow and Director of Studies at Magdalene College, University of Cambridge. She has pioneered teaching and research in Entertainment Science, Creativity, and VR-AR at CJBS. Her research interests focus on strategy in the creative industries; creativity, agility and improvisation in business; and temporary organizing. Allègre has won the 2024 Louis W. Stern Award (American Marketing Association) and the 2022 Mallen Award for Published Scholarly Contributions to Motion Picture Industry Studies. She has published articles in leading peer-reviewed journals, including Organizational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes, the Journal of Marketing, and Neuroscience and Biobehavioral Reviews. She is a member of the AIMAC – International Association for Arts and Cultural Management – Scientific Committee (since 2011) and of the Mallen Screen Entertainment Conference Steering Committee (since 2024).
