Manager, Frontier Economics
Rowena is an experienced professional economist, passionate about using economics to provide high quality evidence and design effective public policies. She is currently a Manager at Frontier Economics, where she uses quantitative and qualitative economic analysis to provide insights to a range of clients. Her specific areas of research interest currently include innovation and growth policy, and recent work includes evaluating the impacts and value of government support for the creative industries, and producing evidence on the spillover benefits of the creative industries. Prior to joining Frontier Economics Rowena was an associate director at the Institute for fiscal Studies.
