Tamsyn Dent is a Senior Lecturer in Creative Labour and Cultural Work based in the Department for Culture, Media and Creative Industries (CMCI), King’s College London. Her research interests are on the cultures and structures of work in creative economies including questions of access, inclusion and sustainable employment. She has conducted place-based research into creative ecosystems across Europe and explored questions of skills development and access through creative Higher Education.
