Dr Roberto Camerani is Senior Lecturer at SPRU (Science Policy Research Unit), University of Sussex. He holds a PhD in Science and Technology Policy Studies at SPRU. He also has an MSc in Innovation and Industry Analysis at the same institution and a degree in Economics at Bocconi University, Milan. Before joining the University of Sussex, he worked at ICRIOS (Bocconi University), and INGENIO (CSIC-UPV, Valencia). His main research interests include the economics of innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship in the creative and cultural industries, the adoption and diffusion of innovations, firm growth and innovation, open innovation, open science, and corporate publishing. Roberto is co-convenor of the MSc in Strategic Innovation Management, and Editor in Chief of the Journal in Engineering and Technology Management.
