CREATIVE EMPLOYER SKILLS SURVEY

THE OPPORTUNITY
Creative PEC is commissioning a business survey to support skills audits for the creative industries and its component sub-sectors. The commission is jointly funded by The Creative Industries Council (CIC) and The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), with Work Advance sharing responsibility with Creative PEC for successful management and delivery.
Creative PEC welcomes proposals from bidders who can meet the specification for the project outlined in the ITT and associated Technical Requirements, downloadable below.
An expected delivery timeline is published under point 8.1 of the Technical Requirements, but key dates governing the procurement and project initiation process are as follows:

It is expected that all work will be completed by Friday 6th June 2025, at the latest, with robust outputs obtained from the survey as early as is practicable.
Proposals in excess of £99,600 (including VAT) will not be considered and bidders should note the weighting of the pricing schedule when preparing their responses.
Members of the Creative PEC team are available to answer any written questions that bidders may have about the requirements of the project. These should be sent by email to both Bernard.Hay@pec.ac.ukand Tom.Cahill-Jones@pec.ac.uk by the deadline of 12:00 noon on Friday 20th December. Where appropriate, anonymised questions and responses will be published on this webpage.
Should bidders wish to talk directly to a member of the Creative PEC team, arrangements can be made for a short discussion in the w/c Monday 6th January. These requests should also be sent by email to both Bernard.Hay@pec.ac.ukand Tom.Cahill-Jones@pec.ac.uk, and should be received as soon as possible to enable diaries to be coordinated.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be eligible.
