Gillian Doyle

Professor, Centre for Cultural Policy Research, University of Glasgow

Gillian Doyle is Professor of Media Economics at the University of Glasgow, based in the Centre for Cultural Policy Research (CCPR), where she directs Glasgow’s MSc in Media Management. Her research on media economics and policy and on the impact of digitisation has been published in several languages. A former President of the Association for Cultural Economics International (ACEI), Gillian has carried out, supervised and contributed to several studies on media economics and media policy funded by bodies including the UK Research Councils, the European Commission, the OECD and the Council of Europe.
