Research Assistant
Nirat is a Research Assistant within the Creative PEC research unit at Newcastle University, where he focuses on quantitative and policy analysis of the creative industries. His research interests also include the green transition, spatial analysis and causal inference. He has published papers in prestigious regional science journals.
Nirat holds an MSc in Economics and International Economics from the University of Nottingham and is currently in the final year of his PhD in Economics at Newcastle University. Before joining Creative PEC and beginning his PhD studies, Nirat worked as a researcher at the Thailand Productivity Institute.
