Karen’s expertise is leading strategic development and programmes for creative businesses, higher education institutions and government bodies. She has a background in international work and cultural diplomacy.
Before joining Creative PEC she was a partner in a consultancy firm for the creative and cultural sector. Prior to that, she held roles at UCL where she developed new collaborative research projects, at the British Council where she established overseas creative economy programmes, and in the publishing industry selling international rights.
