Diana is an independent researcher specializing in creative economy and cultural rights. She is the co-author of the Guidelines for the Cultural Satellite Accounts for Latin America. Currently, she is an Individual Specialist for the UNESCO Institute of Statistics and an Individual Specialist for the United Nations Development Program -Saudi Arabia. She has contributed to the development of cultural statistics, policies, and legislation in several Latin American countries, working for international agencies such as the Inter-American Development Bank, UN Women, UNESCO, CAB, and CERLALC.
